TURKS
AND INFIDELS is a contemporary domestic comedy set in Toronto featuring
an eclectic cast of characters dealing with the death of Will, a self-styled
theatrical guru. Anne is his devoted
but deluded wife and Susanna, their eleven year old daughter, speaks only in
Shakespearean verse. Richard is Will's
rakish protégé. Joan, Will's
off-the-wall sister, is an environmentalist, midwife and devoted hockey
fan. Thomas is the all-knowing,
all-seeing, Tim Horton drinking, contractor.
And Emmie, well Emmie is pregnant.
